What we collect
When you fill in a form on this site (an enquiry, an order, a visit booking or the contracting form) we receive the details you type in: usually your name, phone number, email address and a short message.
If you sign up to our newsletter we keep your email address so we can send you field notes a few times a year.
Why we use it
We use your details only to reply to you, to arrange orders, collections, visits and contracting work, and to send the newsletter you asked for.
We do not sell your details or share them with anyone else, except where we need to (for example a haulier delivering grain you have bought).
How long we keep it
Enquiries and orders are kept for up to two years so we can look back at past work. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe, which you can do from any email.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR) we will reply within one month.
